1. Can I shop as a guest rather than signing up for an account?
Yes, when you've finished shopping, simply continue to the checkout and complete your transaction as a guest although if you do decide to create a Green Kleen account, your details will be saved for faster future transactions.
2. What if my billing address is separate from my delivery address?
No problem. You'll be prompted to enter separate details for delivery and billing addresses at checkout. If the addresses are the same you can specify that too and avoid entering your details twice.
3. Can you deliver to PO Boxes, or overseas?
Our apologies, we can't deliver to PO Boxes. We must have a physical address within New Zealand.
4. How much does delivery cost?
Postage and packing rates depend upon location and are a flat rate charge. We encourage buying our bundles with FREE shipping (Auckland ONLY) or build a cart in excess of $40 per transaction to take advantage of FREE shipping benefits (Auckland Only).

5. What sort of packing materials do you use?
We take care when packing orders to ensure your goods arrive intact and unspoiled, while also making a minimum impact on the environment. Rather than purchase an alternative such as paper (which would be a single use) we reuse the plastic that we have received from deliveries that we cannot control. We are not adding any more plastic to the environment, but rather adding an additional use to the plastic before you, our customer places it into your recycling bin; its one more step in it’s lifecycle.
By reusing the plastic we receive and putting it to a secondary use rather than recycling here at our facility or just filling up the land fill we are doing our best to extend the life of the product before is gets made into another item.
6. When will my order ship?
Goods which are in stock or available will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days from the date of your order. Please allow extra time for delivery during sale periods. If there is a problem with your order we will make contact directly.
7. I need a GST invoice for my order.
Just email, call or message us on facebook directly with your order number, and we'll send you a tax invoice via email.
8. If an item says 'out of stock' can I put it on back order?
Sorry, we don't accept back orders. Products will be available for purchase as soon as they are back in stock.

10. How do I remove myself from your mailing list?
We'll be sorry to see you go, but all e-newsletters come with an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email which you can click to unsubscribe.
11. Why are Green Kleen products not 100% "natural"?
Whilst our products are certified 99% natural they are in fact 100% biodegradable and safe. 1% of the product contains a eco friendly preservative which keeps the natural goodness fresh and ready for use.
12. Money back guarantee, how does that work?
We know our products work as we have had them extensively tested and certified. However if you are not satisfied, we do offer a money back guarantee. Simply get in touch with us with your feedback and if we cannot help, you will get a full refund on your purchase.
13. Is Green Kleen safe to use around children and pets?
Our natural products are 100% safe around children and pets. It is not recommended that the product is ingested, however if you have any major concerns around safety please feel free to call us.
